Hull maintenance for ships and tugs
Hull maintenance is the work that keeps a vessel's shell and its underwater fittings in the condition a survey expects: plating, structure, coatings, sea chests, and the openings and fittings that pass through the hull.
Most of it is decided by what a survey finds rather than by a schedule. A patch of wastage found early is a plate insert; the same patch found late is a bigger insert and a longer dock.
This work is run from the Visakhapatnam office, on ships and tugs, and has been on this company's record since 2015.
